Shadow Minister for Policing, Crime and Illegal Migration Matt Vickers joined GB News to deliver Sir Keir a damning takedown, insisting the Prime Minister “has to go” amid the Lord Mandelson scandal.
The Tory MP further argued that Labour has exhibited a “huge lack of judgement” as well as an inclination to “feather its own nest”.
Sir Keir delivered a grovelling apology to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein in Hastings in East Sussex yesterday – but it has been insufficient to muffle the resounding cries from his own backbenchers for him to move out of No10.
Mr Vickers said: “The reality is that this Labour Party have got links to the upper echelons of the Labour Party.
“They’ll turn a blind eye, they’ll overlook such disgusting links [between Lord Mandelson and Epstein] to feather their own nest. It’s completely unacceptable.
“It’s shown a huge lack of judgment. I think it’s actually worse than lack of judgement. It’s shown an inability to deal with the information presented with him in the best interests of this country.
“He’s lost the confidence of the country. He’s lost the confidence of his own MPs.
“You’re hearing now, Labour MPs are absolutely furious that they were almost forced to walk through a lobby in support of hiding these documents, of covering this stuff up.”
Hordes of Labour MPs have voiced their outrage at Sir Keir and his top team hidden behind the doors of No10, with many insisting his time is up on Downing Street.

Now, around 21 MPs have indicated the Prime Minister and Chief of Staff Morgan McSweeney should offer up the evidence they have about Lord Mandelson’s links to the convicted paedophile in a public inquiry.
The Tory politician told the People’s Channel: “Here we are with a guy appointed to one of the highest offices who was found to have links to this sick individual.
“And Starmer has turned a blind eye. We can’t go on like this. It’s making our country into an absolute laughing-stock.
“If Kemi [Badenoch] hadn’t gone in there and battered them, this information would not be being released now. It’s completely unacceptable.”

On Wednesday, the Tories forced the Government’s hand, demanding the release of all information in relation to the Prime Ministerial appointment of Lord Mandelson as ambassador.
Kemi Badenoch demanded No10 detail the vetting process required to approve Lord Mandelson, claiming worries were “waived away to allow the PM to make a political appointment of a man who is a close friend of a convicted paedophile”.
Meanwhile, this morning, Home Office Minister Mike Tapp reverently told GB News he “trusted” the Prime Minister on the matter, saying: “I’m confident that when these files are released, the public will agree with that.”
“Keir Starmer is a good man. I do know that he means it when he apologises,” he declared.
On Lord Mandelson, Mr Tapp echoed the thoughts – and lines – of his boss, slamming: “He lied, he tricked, he weaseled.
“And it’s those lies and tricks that Keir Starmer has apologised for believing.”
He continued: “I’m not putting blame here on those that are conducting the vetting. The Government is ultimately responsible, and we’ve got to own this. And that’s why the apology is important.
“But it’s also why the transparency is vital so that all of those documents are released. So we can deal with this and make sure nothing like this ever happens again.”
