A diagnosed narcissistic sociopath has revealed the twisted inner monologue that tells her to harm other people because they deserve to be ‘used and exploited.’
The woman, who goes by the name Delta, shared a video explaining what goes through her mind when she is emotionally triggered by the feeling of powerlessness, which she called ‘the number one thing that hurts’ her.
Delta explained her triggers can include being dominated by another person, others acting with aggression toward her or betrayal.
‘Society is what made me this way in the first place, my environment is what made me this way, and I have a right to take that out on anybody else who I see fit,’ she said, speaking as her inner monologue.
‘Why the hell should I respect other people? They don’t deserve my respect. In fact, they deserve to be bulldozed over by me. They deserve to be used and exploited, because they’re f****** worthless.’
A narcissistic sociopath is someone who lacks remorse, is manipulative and has a sense of entitlement.
She claims to have been professionally diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) and antisocial personality disorder (ASPD).

‘Why the f*** am I the one diagnosed with NPD and ASPD and expected to change when the majority of society is inherently selfish, vile, disgusting and worthless?’ Delta said in a voiceover.
‘Everybody is out for themselves, nobody actually cares about other people.’
Traumatic life experiences – especially during childhood – are thought to play a role in the development of both NPD and ASPD.
In a separate video, Delta explained that she suffers from adulthood trauma including poverty, being institutionalized and severe anxiety, and that these experiences worsened the condition which she claimed she has had since childhood.
She has also previously said her past experiences may have contributed to her diagnosis and claimed she was sex trafficked for years by the time she was 10 years old and was allegedly raped frequently.
The inner monologue begins with Delta expressing contempt for society, other people’s intentions and the lack of justice she has experienced in her life.
‘My entire life has been chronic mistreatment, abuse, neglect and injustice,’ Delta shared in a TikTok video.
‘I have never gotten justice for anything I went through, and I continue to not get justice for anything I go through.’

Her inner monologue continued: ‘I have a right to be sadistic after everything I’ve gone through, and I don’t give a f*** what other people have to say about that.’
‘I have gone through so much s*** in my life and I deserve to do whatever the f*** I need to do to feel better.’
‘I’ve suffered more than enough and don’t deserve it, and I want to make other people suffer.’
In a previous video, Delta explained how hurting others or inciting conflict is a positive experience for her.
‘For most people, emotions like hate and anger seem to be something that causes them distress, that doesn’t feel good to them – those emotions feel good to me,’ she said.
‘I like feeling them and I seek them.’
In the description of her inner monologue video, Delta explained that this example of her stream of consciousness is ‘highly toxic and symptomatic.’
This is not an example of what her inner monologue sounds like all the time.
‘It’s definitely a situational thing,’ she said in the video.
Delta uses TikTok to share her experience as a diagnosed narcissistic sociopath and help people protect themselves from manipulative or abusive tactics used by those with the disorder.
